The four pillars of my approach
Each pillar brings a unique dimension. Together, they form an integrative protocol that addresses symptoms, their cognitive causes, their nervous system anchoring, and their biological meaning.
Pillar 1
Clinical hypnotherapy
Master Hypnotist — Cal Banyan Institute
As a Master Hypnotist certified by the Cal Banyan Institute and member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, clinical hypnosis is used to bypass conscious defenses and access the unconscious mind — reprogramming limiting beliefs, resolving irrational fears, and transforming repetitive emotional patterns. 7th Path Self-Hypnosis is also taught, giving clients tools for self-regulation.
Phobias Addictions Chronic pain Performance anxiety Self-hypnosis training
Pillar 2
CBT and mind-body medicine
CBT provides the most scientifically validated framework for treating anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. Cognitive restructuring is integrated with somatic awareness, because thoughts live in the body. The approach includes exposure therapy, schema work, and emotional intelligence frameworks adapted for the Middle Eastern cultural context.
Anxiety Depression OCD Stress management
Pillar 3
Polyvagal-informed rehabilitation
Nervous system regulation in clinical practice
Drawing on Dr. Stephen Porges’ polyvagal theory, nervous system regulation is applied not just to mental health but to physical rehabilitation — particularly powerful in neurological recovery, chronic pain, and post-traumatic conditions where the body is stuck in survival states. Concrete vagal tone exercises and co-regulation techniques are taught for use between sessions.
Neuro-rehab Burnout Trauma Chronic pain Post-stroke recovery
Pillar 4
Biodecoding
Biodecoding (Total Biology) explores the biological intelligence behind symptoms. Every physical manifestation carries an emotional conflict, experienced in isolation, processed biologically. By identifying the emotional shock, the territory, and the biological moment, the healing key becomes accessible — especially powerful for psychosomatic disorders and conditions that resist conventional treatment.
Psychosomatic disorders Chronic conditions Autoimmune patterns
Unresolved conflicts
How the pillars work together
Step 1
Symptom — what the patient experiences
Step 2
Biodecoding — the biological meaning
Step 3
CBT — the beliefs that maintain it
Step 4
Polyvagal — the nervous system state
Step 5
Hypnosis — accessing unconscious resources
Outcome
Holistic healing — body, mind, and meaning reconciled
